Sources of building moisture come from a range of origins: humidity of the air, condensation, water leakage, exterior water and from inhabitants in the building.
Mold is more prevalent when moisture is high and the temperature is favourable for toxic molds to grow. Mold will grow best when: temperatures are between 25° C and 30° C. These images show some of the locations mold can grow.
